Emerald Wings was founded on the belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for with dignity, especially in life’s most vulnerable moments.
We’re a women-owned, locally led hospice serving families across the Twin Cities metro with in-person care that’s personal, intentional, and deeply human.
OUR WHY
Hospice care should feel like home.
We saw how quickly hospice could feel rushed and impersonal. We knew families needed something different, a team that would slow down, listen closely, and show up with compassion.
So we built Emerald Wings to be the kind of hospice we would want for our own families.

Emerald Wings is proudly women-owned and women-led. We make our decisions locally, right here in the community we live in, raise our families in, and care deeply about.
Our medical directors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and support team bring more than expertise, they bring empathy, presence, and a commitment to walk beside every family we serve.
